Avoid any form of discrimination, harassment, or hate speech, including comments based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or disability.

Provide constructive feedback and avoid unkind or dismissive remarks.

Refrain from spamming, trolling, or using offensive language.
3. Professionalism and Integrity

Do not solicit or advertise your services without prior approval from The Growth Grid team.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality

Respect the privacy of others and do not share personal or sensitive information without consent.

Keep community discussions confidential and do not share screenshots or details outside the group without explicit permission.
5. Collaboration and Support

Actively support fellow members by sharing resources, advice, and encouragement.

Use the community as a platform for collaboration, mentorship, and collective growth.

Celebrate the successes of others and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
6. Reporting and Accountability

If you encounter behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct, report it to The Growth Grid team at josh@jwoodconsulting.com

The Growth Grid team reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removing posts, issuing warnings, or suspending membership without refund for violations of the Code of Conduct.
7. Content Sharing Guidelines

Share content that is relevant, valuable, and respectful of intellectual property rights.

Attribute sources when sharing external resources or ideas.

Avoid posting irrelevant, promotional, or excessively self-promotional content.
8. Commitment to Growth

Participate actively and contribute meaningfully to the community.

Stay open to learning, growing, and helping others do the same.
Consequences for Violations
Members who fail to comply with this Code of Conduct may face warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community, at the discretion of The Growth Grid team. All suspensions and permanent removals do not make you eligible for refund as you will have forfeited that right by your conduct and breach of contract.
